We would offer you a refund within a week of the purchase date, if you successfully completed at least few sessions and still not satisfied with the course.

A payment gateway fee @ 2% of the paid amount and processing fee @5% of the paid amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Once a refund is initiated, it will take 5 to 7 bank working days from the course purchase date to reflect the amount in the bank account.

Refund process:
Please send an email asking for a refund with “Refund Request” subject and provide appropriate information mentioned below to thetekgarage@gmail.com

• Registration number/User ID/Email
• payment screenshot
• Mobile Number with which you have done payment
• Date of payment
• Reason for Refund

After sending the email for refund, it will take at least 72hrs to process your refund and once after approval you will receive an email.

The refund amount will only be credited in the same Bank Account / Card / Wallet from which you made the payment
